If you need to impress friends or clients with restaurant quality food in your home or at a rented space, I work with you to create a bespoke menu of modern gastronomic delights. I specialise in:

Choose from a set menu or we can work together to tailor a menu for your occasion. I can accommodate any special dietary requirements and even curate a menu to use ingredients to provide specific nutritional benefits. Whatever your needs are, they will be catered for.
I specialise in modern British and European cooking, Asian flavours, American barbecue and Hong Kong specialities of course. I love to research, learn, adapt and combine flavours, so let me know what you want, and I will make it my mission to create a delicious menu, whatever the cuisine.
Whether it’s in your home or at a private events space, some elements of the meal must be prepared ahead of time, and some benefit from being cooked fresh, just before being eaten.
This means I will prepare some of the food in my kitchen and then do some cooking in your kitchen. I will provide all the ingredients and bring any specialist equipment with me.
All I need from you is:
- Photos and details about your kitchen’s equipment and setup
- Access to your kitchen a few hours before the meal is to be served
- Some plates and cutlery (I can provide extras if necessary)
I will prepare the meal, serve it to your guests and clean everything up, as if I was never there, leaving you free to enjoy the evening and engage with your guests.
I can provide wine and beer or bespoke cocktails to your request I can organise staff to serve your guests and help with cleaning too.
If you’re interested in hosting a cooking class, I can teach a group of up to ten people in a range of cooking styles or specialist skills.

- Butchery and knife skills
- Fish filleting

- Preservation: drying, pickling and fermenting
I will talk to the class through a demonstration and then they will get the chance to try for themselves with a hands on tutorial. Finally, we will cook up the products of our labour and enjoy an informal meal together.
